Hawaii DKI offers additional specialty services to our customers. These services include temporary spot-cooling, thermal infrared imaging, emergency power distribution, and wireless remote monitoring systems. The Hawaii DKI team maintains the most up-to-date knowledge in these specialty services, and uses only the most state-of-the art equipment to service our customers.
Temporary Spot-Cooling
When air conditioning systems fail or additional cooling is needed, Hawaii DKI is equipped to provide emergency spot coolers to keep your business running or your home comfortable. Spot coolers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our systems run from one- to five-ton mounted and transportable units.
Thermal infrared Inspections
Infrared inspection cameras are powerful tools for quickly finding moisture in structures, and for making sure all moisture has been removed after drying the building. Infrared detection is a high-tech way to locate suspicious areas, which can then be checked with a moisture meter. Not all moisture is visible to the naked eye, and Hawaii DKI does what it takes to make sure all drying jobs are done thoroughly.
Emergency Power Distribution
Hawaii DKI has ultra quiet diesel generators and power distribution systems available to provide emergency electricity backup, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Units are available for weather-related power failures, as well as for power outages related to flood or fire damage.
Wireless Remote Monitoring Systems
Hawaii DKI’s latest technology monitoring system offers constant real-time remote jobsite monitoring, including temperature readings, humidity levels, percent wet moisture content, GPP, and dew point data for affected areas. Material moisture levels are transmitted from the jobsite and allow the Hawaii DKI team to monitor them remotely from any web browser. Our remote monitoring systems also allow us to receive instant alarms by email and/or text message if critical temperature thresholds or humidity levels are reached. This system allows our teams to be in constant control of our drying jobs, helping us work more efficiently to get the job done. |
